UP Lok Sabha Election 2024: Azad Samaj Party's Chandrasekhar Azad wins Nagina by margin of 1,52,061 votes

In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP faced a setback as the saffron party is leading on 22 seats and won 10 out of total 80 Lok Sabha seats. The Samajwadi Party and INDIA bloc came as a surprise and outperformed the NDA.

Nagina Lok Sabha Election Results 2024: Azad Samaj Party's Chandrasekhar Azad has won the election from Uttar Pradesh's Nagina seat by a margin of 1,52,061 votes. Chandrasekhar grabbed a total of 5,11,812 votes.

Chandrashekhar is also the founder and chief of the Bhim Army, an organisation advocating for Dalit rights.

Six candidates were in the poll fray from the Nagina constituency, which is reserved for a Scheduled Caste candidate.

Samajwadi Party's Manoj Kumar was also in the fray from Nagina (SC), which went to polls in the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections in the state on April 19.
