A video of an altercation between BJP business cell unit chief in Meerut and a senior police official is going viral on social media in which the saffron party leader is threatening the cop after he was denied entry to the counting centre.

Uttar Pradesh BJP business cell unit chief Vineet Agarwal indulged in a heated argument with Meerut SP Crime Anit Kumar on Tuesday as counting of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 was underway in the country.

The incident took place when BJP business cell unit chief Vineet Agarwal was stopped by the police as he wanted to reach the counting centre at Sharda Agricultural University.

Vineet Agarwal wanted to reach the counting centre when news came that BJP's Meerut candidate Arun Govil has won the election.

During the argument with the cop, Vineet Agarwal threatened the police official when he was stopped at the university gate saying the government is ours, will see him. The BJP leader further misbehaved with paramilitary force personnel.

Responding to Anit Kumar, SP Crime Anit Kumar told him that he works for the government and not for him. A video of this altercation is also going viral on social media.
