A fire broke out in Canara Bank's Hazratganj branch on Monday. Employees of the bank were seen getting rescued by firefighters out of the building through windows.
Firefighting operations are underway.
A video of the incident shows massive a blaze erupting in the branch while firefighters continue to rescue employees stuck in the building through windows.
Earlier, a double-decker chartered bus bound for Bihar caught fire, creating panic among the approximately 70 passengers on board. The bus, en route from Delhi to Bihar's Siwan, witnessed a sudden and intense blaze, prompting passengers to jump to safety through bus windows. The passengers, fortunately, managed to escape unharmed. The incident occurred as the bus reached the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
