A viral video of a woman verbally abusing a cab driver after a vehicle breakdown has sparked a heated debate online. Opinions are divided, with some condemning the woman's rude behavior and others supporting her stance on customer service expectations.

While some become the talk of the town for their unique and distinct approach, others grab attention for the negative feedback they receive. Recently, a video of a woman involved in a verbal spat with a cab driver has become a point of discussion among Twitter users, who have been slamming the woman in the video for her lack of empathetic behavior while talking to others.

According to the video posted by the social media page Ghar Ke Kalesh, a woman is seen engaged in a heated discussion with her cab driver after the vehicle they were traveling in broke down mid-ride. While, the date and location of the incident are unknown; the woman passenger, however, is seen hurling abuses and mocking the driver for wandering with a 'cheap car.'

Further, in the 2 minutes 30 seconds video, posted online, despite the Uber driver's pleas for understanding the situation, the woman passenger continued to mock his status and demean his livelihood. After the driver threatened to report her behavior to Uber, the woman passenger cross-threatened the driver with physical violence, public shame, and legal action against him.

Meanwhile, the video has divided the internet, with some taking the driver's side and slamming the woman passenger for her rude and inappropriate behavior and others siding with the woman, arguing that the responsibility lies with the driver to maintain a properly functioning vehicle for customer satisfaction.

In the comment section, a user in favor of taking action against the woman passenger said, "Such instances should be taken cognizance of by authorities and strict action taken for misbehaving with an on-duty driver working hard to earn a living, but some people misuse women's empowerment laws and bring down the ethics of our society."

"Police should note the incident in their records and create a file for these types of people so that in the future, if these types of ladies falsely accuse someone, the accused does not have to go to jail until proven guilty," another wrote.

"She has clearly crossed the limits! Her behavior is not acceptable even if the cab driver might not have maintained the vehicle properly. This isn't the way of treating a fellow human being," commented a third user.
