Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy S24 FE in the market soon, and just ahead of the launch, the details of the camera have already surfaced. This mid-budget smartphone is expected to give a big shock to the users when we speak of the camera capabilities as the leaks state that the South Korean company is not going to make any upgrade to the camera feature. The primary camera of this upcoming smartphone will be the same as it was in the Galaxy S23 FE, which was launched last year (2023).
It is a usual practice from the tech giant when they launch the smartphone, the device is usually an upgrade, when compared to the previous gen. Samsung will use the same primary camera sensor in this mid-budget range, which was used in the predecessor. Besides this, Samsung is expected to downgrade other hardware features of the phone.
No camera upgrade: But why?
As per the new leak that has surfaced, the upcoming Galaxy S24 FE will launch with a 50MP ISOCELL Gen 3 primary camera sensor- which was available in the Galaxy S23 FE (2023).
As per the report filed by Galaxyclub, the camera sensor of the upcoming device will be similar to that of the existing devices- Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S24 FE. However, no other camera details have surfaced so far (by the time of writing) and it is expected that other camera sensors will also be the same, as compared to the previous existing model.
Other expected features in Galaxy S24 FE
On the feature front, the upcoming smartphone is expected to come with Exynos 2400. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, the smartphone is expected to come with a 6.1-inch AMOLED display, and will run on up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB (UFS 4.0) storage. It is said that the upcoming FE device will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery and will support 45W wired and wireless fast charging.
So far, these are the only leaked details we have about the upcoming Galaxy S24 FE, and we cannot claim any feature till the time Samsung announces anything in regards with the same, by around October (2024).
