Xiaomi is geared up to launch its Redmi Note 7 in India today. The phone will be launched at an event in New Delhi. Rumours suggest the company might also launch the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India today. Xiaomi has already launched the phone in China and is priced at 999 yuan (Rs 10,500 approx.), but the official price is yet to be revealed.
The Redmi Note 7 comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ LTPS display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a screen resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. The screen comes protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Powering the phone is the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM/32GB, 4GB RAM/64GB and a 6GBRAM/64GB storage.
The phone comes with a 48MP rear camera along with a secondary camera. and a single camera on the front that includes 13MP camera placed inside the water-drop notch that features many AI features which include AI face unlock, AI single shot blur, AI smart beauty and more. The Redmi Note 7 houses a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support and is available in funky colours like red, pink, blue, and black.
