When it comes to smartwatches, Huawei keeps it fairly low, but this time the Huawei Watch GT has made it in the form of leaks. The renders pertain to a new image, along with some details of the watch.
Reported by WinFuture, this could be the first look of the Huawei Watch GT "Classic" or "Fashion" and rumours suggest that there could be the second variant of the watch that could be called Huawei Watch GT Sport. The sports variant would come with a distinctive bezel colour along with the colour of the band. Looking at the image, the watch looks quite similar to the Huawei Watch 2 design, with a little more subtle look.
In terms of design, the Huawei Watch GT looks similar to the previous watch and comes with two side-mounted buttons along with a fully round OLED display. It sports a 1.39-inches display, which makes it slightly big than the Huawei Watch 2.
In terms of features and other specs, things are a bit unclear. Rumours suggest that the watch could come with a GPS, NFC and chances are it might even feature a heart rate monitor. The watch would likely use a large 420mAh battery and will have water resistance as well.
Other reports point to the fact that the new Huawei Watch GT will come with a new power saving mode that would offer almost 14 days of battery life on a single charge. Huawei could use a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset in the new watch and could also for something else as well.
The Huawei Watch GT will most likely be launching alongside the Huawei Mate 20 and could be priced between 200-230 Euros, considering the specifications of the model.
