Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro with punch-hole display and Quad-camera launched

The Honor 20 price starts at 499 Euros (Rs 38,800 approx.), while the  Honor 20 Pro is priced at 599 Euros (Rs 46,500approx.) and the Honor 20 Lite price starts at 299 Euros (Rs 23,000 approx.).

Honor, the Huawei sub-brand launched its new lineup of flagship smartphones called the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. Both phones were announced at an event held in London. The smartphones come with a large screen “hole punch” display that features the front-facing camera, quad-cameras at the back and a battery that lasts a day on a single charge.

The Honor 20 comes with a 6.2-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display and is powered by Kirin 980 7nm processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It runs Magic UI 2.1 interface on top of Android 9.0 Pie along with a 3750mAh battery with 22.5W SuperCharg support. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor placed at the power button and comes in two colours of Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue.

For clicking pictures and recording videos, the phone gets four cameras on the back that include a 48 Megapixel Sony IMX 586 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 16 Megapixel super wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 117-degree field of view, a 2  Megapixel depth camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 2  Megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front is a 32 Megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture. The Honor 20 price starts at 499 Euros (Rs 38,800 approx.).

The Honor 20 Pro includes all features present in the Honor 20, but is slightly different. It comes with a hole-punch display and is powered by a Kirin 980 processor. It gets a 32 Megapixel selfie camera and the side-mounted fingerprint scanner. There is also a 48 Megapixel f/1.4 main camera (with OIS and AIS and EIS support making it the largest aperture in a smartphone camera that helps capture more light for better low-light images. There is also a 16 Megapixel super wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 117-degree field of view, an 8 Megapixel telephoto lens (f/2.4 aperture) with 3x zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, 30x digital zoom with OIS and Laser autofocus, and a 2 Megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. 

The Honor 20 Pro comes with a different design compared to the Honor 20 and houses a 4,000mAh battery. The Honor 20 Pro is priced at 599 Euros (Rs 46,500approx.) and comes in two colour options of Phantom Black and Phantom Blue. 

The company also unveiled the Honor 20 Lite that comes with a 6.21-in HD+ display with a drop-shaped notch and is powered by a Kirin 710 processor. It gets a triple rear camera at the back of 24 MP, 8 MP and 2 MP sensors and gets a 32MP front-facing camera. It houses a 4,000mAH battery and is priced at 299 Euros (Rs 23,000 approx.).
