According to reports, Google is set on expanding its "Smart Compose" email feature that allows Gmail to predict suggestions and to draft emails based on users writing patterns and commonly used phrases.
Android Police reported on Thursday that the smart compose feature is now live on both OnePlus 6T, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL and Galaxy S9+ devices. With this users will get a pop-up explaining the feature on when to start typing an email that provides a simple swipe on the text to accept suggestions.
Google has rolled out the feature exclusively for Pixel 3 at the October 2018 Pixel event. The "Smart Compose" feature is auto enabled and users can turn it off according to their convenience.
The report added that the feature is running on devices with Gmail 9.2.3 version, so in case it doesn't show, make sure you are on that version.
Google hasn't announced the availability of the "Smart Compose" feature on other devices as of now. The feature basically had begun as an experiment on the desktop that was later added to the G-Suit account.
