Disney announces its plans to launch a new streaming service called Disney+. The company will be launching it on November 12 this year that will be taking on the likes of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO Now. As far as the pricing is concerned, Disney+ will cost $6.99 per month. The company will be rolling its services first in the US followed with other global countries by 2021.

Disney will be making its services available on Android and iOS devices as well as gaming consoles like Microsoft and Sony PlayStation, along with other streaming media players and smart TVs. The service will support 4K HDR along with an option to download content offline.
According to Disney, the company will have 7,500 TV show episodes with 500 movies that will include content from Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, National Geographic as well as Disney titles.

It will include some Live Action Series like High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, The Mandalorian, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, Monsters at Work, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Marvel's What If...? and more.
