Bose has announced Frames for the market that combines a micro-acoustics and voice control to the sunglasses, bringing things to a whole new level. The sunglasses come with an open-ear design and includes interesting features like streaming music and information, taking or making calls and access to virtual assistants.

Talking of style, the Bose Frames come in two timeless styles that include the Bose Frames 'Alto' and the Bose Frames 'Rondo'. Both the frames are capable of blocking 99 per cent of UAV/UVB rays and feature a uniformly tinted lens, gold-plated steel hinges and charging pins. The glasses weigh 45 grams and are scratch and shatterproof as well.

In terms of AR features, the Bose Frames come fitted with a built-in nine-axis motion sensor that can work with a smartphones GPS that aids in identifying your location. With this, the glasses can talk to users by giving voice information. Users can also use multi-function button that can let users talk to Google Assistant and Siri.

Bose is an audio equipment company, hence the AR glasses come with built-in speakers that are placed in the arms of the sunglasses. The company says that the glasses come with three and a half hours of battery life, which will totally depend on the user's usage. The Bose Frames are up for pre-order for $199.
