Apple announces the fastest MacBook Pro with 8th and 9th generation Intel Core processors

The Apple MacBook Pro price starts at Rs 1,59,900 and Rs 1, 99,900 respectively and for the first time has added eight cores to the MacBook Pros making it twice as fast.

Apple announces its updated MacBook Pro that comes with the 8th- and 9th-generation Intel Core processors that brings about eight cores to the computer, which makes it the fastest Mac ever.

The new Apple MacBook Pro price starts at Rs 1,59,900 and Rs 1, 99,900 respectively. The company wrote in a blog post that the updated 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and the 15 inch MacBook Pro will come via Apple Authorised Resellers in the coming week.

Apple for the first time has added eight cores to the MacBook Pros that allows the device to perform twice as fast compared to the regular quad-core MacBook Pro making it 40 per cent better than the 6-core MacBook Pro. 

Tom Boger, Senior Director of Mac Product Marketing, Apple said, "We're constantly amazed at what our customers do with their MacBook Pro and now with 8-core processors, we can't wait to get it into our customer's hands to see what they do next".

The 15-inch MacBook Pro comes with faster 6- and 8-core Intel Core processors whereas the 13-inch MacBook Pro comes with the Touch Bar feature that offers quad-core processors.

Apart from new processors, the device comes combined with powerful graphics and Retina display backed with Apple T2 Security Chip, super-fast SSDs, all-day battery life and macOS.

The post added, "Music producers can play back massive multi-track projects, 3D designers can render scenes up to two times faster, photographers can apply complex edits and filters up to 75 per cent faster in Photoshop, developers can compile code up to 65 per cent faster in Xcode".
