Vivo launched its new U10 smartphone at 12 PM today. The device will be available as an online exclusive on Amazon and Vivo e-store. Ahead of the launch today, Amazon had listed the phone with specification detail. The phone was unveiled with a price tag of Rs 8,990. for the base 3GB+32 GB, Rs 9,990 for 3 GB+ 64GB variant while the 4 GB + 64 GB will be available for Rs 10,990. The phone will get a launch offer discount of 10% for SBI bank card users and cashback vouchers for Jio customers. It will go on sale Amazon from September 29.
Available in Electric Blue and Thunder Black Colors, the Vivo U 10 sports a 6.35-inch HD+ resolution display in 19.5:9 aspect ration. The phone is designed with a waterdrop notch at the front and gets a 2.5D glass and a fingerprint scanner at the back. On the inside it is powered by a Qualcomm 665 octa-core processor bundled with 3GB and 4 GB RAM variants, storage capacity expandable up to 256 GB. The device will run on Android 9.0 Pie and has system-wide dark mode support. Vivo U10 is packed with a 5000 mAH battery and an 18 W fast charger, Vivo claims that the battery on the phone can give you 12 hours of YouTube playback or 7-hours PUBG mobile gameplay on a single charge.
Talking about the camera, it gets a triple camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary lens assisted by an 8 megapixel AI super wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel camera for portrait mode. The device is equipped with Vivo's Ultra Game Mode for a better gaming experience with 4D vibrations, game countdown, voice changer, do not disturb mode, low blue-ray game eye protection, and sound localisation training centre as well.
