Barcelona: Barcelona coach Gerard Martino says he is satisfied with his central defensive options and is unlikely to add to the signing of Brazil striker Neymar in this transfer window.
Barcelona had been seeking a center back, but Martino now says that "we have the position covered" ahead of the team's opening Spanish league match against Levante on Sunday.
Martino says "the problems last year at center back were due to injury. We have options, but if there are setbacks we will have the winter transfer window."
Barcelona was hit by injuries to center backs Carles Puyol and Javier Mascherano last season, but it opted not to renew Eric Abidal's contract in June.
Martino will make his debut in an official match for Barcelona against Levante.
