Kashiwa, Japan, Nov 3: Leandro Domingues scored a pair of first-half goals to help Kashiwa Reysol beat Albirex Niigata 4-0 on Thursday to maintain its lead in the J-League standings.
The Brazilian midfielder opened the scoring on a penalty kick in the 6th minute and doubled the lead 27 minutes later with a left-footed shot from 8 meters.
Jorge Wagner and Junya Tanaka scored after the break to seal the win and help Kashiwa improve to 65 points.
Defending champion Nagoya Grampus moved into second place on 62 points after a 3-1 win over third-place Cerezo Osaka. Jungo Fujimoto, Josh Kennedy and Kensuke Nagai scored for Nagoya, while Rui Komatsu had the lone goal for Osaka.
Rafinha scored in the second half to lead Gamba Osaka over the Kashima Antlers 1-0.
