LONDON: Laurent Koscielny has committed his future to Arsenal by signing a new contract with the Premier League club.
The 28-year-old France defender has played 163 times for the north London club in the four years since leaving French side Lorient.
Manager Arsene Wenger says "Laurent has proven himself to be an outstanding player since joining us in 2010 and has showed his quality once again this season. I am delighted he has decided to commit his future to the club."
Arsenal described Koscielny's new contact as long-term, which is usually at least four years.
