Grenoble (France): Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher remained stable overnight as there were no significant changes to his health, his manager Sabine Kehm said outside the Grenoble University Hospital here Wednesday morning.
Sabine added that there will be no press conferences Wednesday until there is any other development, according to media reports.
Schumcher, who turns 45 Friday, suffered critical head injuries when he fell and struck a rock Sunday while skiing on a family holiday in the resort town of Meribel in the French Alps. He was first taken to a local hospital and then flown to Grenoble.
The German still remains in a medically induced coma after undergoing a second surgery Monday night after a brain scan showed signs of improvement. His body temperature has also been lowered to between 34-35 degree Celsius to reduce swelling in his brain.
Schumacher's agent confirmed that the accident had cracked his helmet, which doctors credited for giving him a chance of surviving.
