Ranchi, Jan 18: All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who played a crucial role in India's series-levelling win in Kochi in the previous game, today said that the hosts are keen to carry forward the momentum and take a 2-1 lead when they face England in the third ODI here tomorrow.

“We are very happy with the way we won our last match. We just hope to carry forward the winning momentum and looking forward to win the game. We hope to do right things. We are very positive about tomorrow's game,” Jadeja said.

Jadeja, who won the man-of-the-match award in Kochi for his all-round show (37-ball 61 not out and 2/12), said he would look to put up a similar performance tomorrow as well.

“I did well in all three departments (of the game) in the last game. I will have the same thinking and will look to win it for India,” said Jadeja.

“I did not have much problem in bowling. I've been bowling good always and don't want to experiment much. I don't want to change much as far as my bowling is concerned,” he added.

The Saurashtra allrounder feels he has become a better batsman after his two triple centuries in this Ranji season.

“I had a good Ranji season. I had two triple hundreds. It's been the most positive aspect of my batting. I played long innings twice. I was getting out to wrong shot selection. Hope not to repeat those mistakes again.”
