Mumbai: Former India cricketer Vinod kabmli who suffered a heart attack, has been discharged from hospital and recovering fast.
Kambli who shared an unbroken partnership of 664 runs in a school match against St. Xavier's School, Fort, with his childhood friend Sachin Tendulkar, said in a message,” I am grateful to all my well-wishers who prayed for my speedy recovery. It is because of their good wishes and the efforts of efficient doctors that my health has shown remarkable improvement.”
“I remain indebted to all the people for their continuous support and prayers. Hope you continue to shower your love on me. It means a lot,” said kambli.
Kambli felt dizziness and chest pain while driving on November 29 in Mumbai and was taken to Lilavati Hospital where he was admitted in ICU for four days.
Kambli has had a history of heart problem,. In 2012 he was treated for coronary blockage.
