Islamabad: Offspinner Saeed Ajmal took 1-23 in six overs against Kenya on Friday in his first competitive match in nearly three months since being suspended from international cricket for an illegal bowling action.
Ajmal's action has yet to be officially reviewed, but he's allowed to compete in domestic matches.
He bowled conventional offspin at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, as Pakistan A defeated Kenya by 118 runs in their fourth one-day match and took a 4-0 lead in the five-match series.
Ajmal has undergone rehabilitation with former test offspinner Saqlain Mushtaq, and has been unofficially tested three times at Loughborough University in England.
Pakistan's leading offspinner still hopes to make the Cricket World Cup, for which final squads must be chosen on Jan. 7.
