Rajasthan Royals surrendered on the third-lowest total in IPL history to Royal Challengers Bangalore as Faf du Plessis' side clinched a big win in Jaipur. Chasing a total of 172, the Royals were bowled out for just 59 runs inside 11 overs as the RCB bowlers wreaked havoc in the opposition camp. The win also helped RCB make a big jump in the IPL 2023 points table.

The only positive in Royals game was Shimron Hetmyer's cameo. He scored 35 off 19 balls and hit four sixes and a boundary. The next best scorer for RR was Joe Root, who made 10 off 15 balls. Wayne Parnell was the pick among the bowlers as he picked 3 wickets, while Michael Bracewell and Karn Sharma picked two wickets each.
Royal Challengers Bangalore posted 171 on board. Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell powered RCB to a challenging total in Jaipur. Du Plessis anchored the innings with his 44-ball 55, whereas Maxwell was the aggressor and he made 54 off 33 balls.
