RCBW vs UPW WPL 2023 Highlights: Bangalore defeat UP to register 1st win

It took a big wait but Bangalore have finally come on board. They have defeated UP to register their first win of the tournament. They keep their playoff hopes alive. Heather Knight, Kanika Ahuja and Richa Ghosh have helped them big way in this win. They were good on the night and finally got over the line. UP Warriorz were outdone in the first half and they found it a hard task with not a big score on the board. Bangalore were put under pump with the key wickets they lost but Kanika Ahuja provided the much needed impetus and Richa Ghosh partnered her well. Perry has now got the hard hitter Harris out. This is a big blow to the resurging UP side, who were hoping for a competitive total with her batting throughout.

And the 69-run stand has been broken. Perry comes and gets Deepti out at deep mid-wicket. This was a full toss on her legs, Deepti wanted to clear the ropes but gifts it to the boundary fielder. A well timely wicket for them. UP have crossed 100 as Harris is still out in the middle.
