Mumbai: Earlier in the day, West Indies were bowled out for 182 in the first inning on day one of second and the last test against India here. Ojha sliced through the West Indians batting line up, taking five for 40 in 11.2 overs.
West Indies continued their pathetic show with their batting after losing Kolkata test by an inning and 51 runs.
A lot was expected from Chris Gayle who has a reputation of big hitting but once again he failed to live up the expectations and perished just when there were 25 runs on the board. He contributed 11 runs. He was caught by Rohit Sharma off Shami's delivery.
Bravo and Powell tried to consolidate the inning and put on 61 runs before Bravo was consumed by Ashwin for 29. this was the big inning. West indies went to lunch 93/2.
Collapsed started after lunch after Powell (48) departed. Soon after his dismissal, Samuels, who was in all sort of trouble, finally became spinner Ojha's first of five victims. He faced 59 balls for his 19 runs.
Chanderpaul, who is playing his 150th test, too could not stay for a long and was consumed by Ashwin. He made 25 which includes a six with which he opened his account.
Deonarine resistance lasted till 162 and after that three West Indian batsmen including captain Darren Sammy, went back to pavilion without scoring.
After Ojha five wicket haul, it was Ashwin who took 3/45 in his 15 overs. Shami and Kumar took one wicket each.
