New Delhi, Oct 8: Indian Premier League Governing Council will have an emergency meeting in Mumbai on Sunday to discuss issues relating to three franchisers, according to cricket board sources.
The three franchise teams -- Rajasthan Royals, Kings Eleven Punjab and newly bought Kochi -- were given show cause notices by BCCI on September 29 as they had not complied with the rules governing the franchisers.
The Governing Council is expected to take a final decision on these three franchisers at the meeting. PTI
