Smriti Mandhana and Richa Ghosh kept India's hopes alive but with the asking rate surging up, Mandhana was caught out. India go deeper in trouble as they have lost the set Mandhana. She smashed a fifty but got out immediately after that as she was trying to go behind the bowlers. 

It's drizzling in Gqeberha and India are behind as per DLS. They are going behind all the balls but the outfield has slowed and Indians are not able to find boundaries.

This was a mixed phase for both teams. India made a decent start but England sent back Shafali. India are playing at over 6 an over but would need to up the ante while getting partnerships. Mandhana looks in good touch.

Shafali's stay comes to an end as she has been caught out by Brunt. The dot ball pressure was piling up on Shafali as she wanted to cash in some runs. This was a short ball, Verma could not get it from the middle and sent it high to mid on.

Mandhana is leading India's charge well. She has hit 4 fours in Brunt's over and has got India to a good start. India need to carry this on.

Smriti and Shafali are looking to play their shots and are aiming to give India a strong start. Powerplay will be crucial in the chase.

Renuka Thakur's fifer has made her achieve the second best figures by an Indian player in T20Is. This was her maiden fifer. She took 5 wickets for 15 runs and is behind Jhulan Goswami.

So, England have made a strong finish. India did bowl well but were punished when they bowled badly. Sciver and Knight stabilised things when England were 3 down. Renuka Thakur is destroying the English batting lineup. She has now sent back the other opener Dunkley. This was pitched on good and full length as it angled in the right-hander. The batter was probably early with a slog and missed as the ball disturbs the wood.

The English batters are struggling and are not able to time the ball well. India are most of the toss.

And Renuka has taken the big wicket of Capsey. She has cleaned England's last match hero to send England 2 down.

India's captain Kaur has achieved a big feat in T20Is. She has surpassed Rohit Sharma's tally of playing in 148 T20I games to become the most capped International player in the format.

Renuka Singh has struck in the first over for India. She has sent back Wyatt as wicket-keeper Ghosh picks a great catch. This was pitched on a good length, was near the stumps so Wyatt had to play and gets a nick, which was well taken by a diving Ghosh. India get their first.
