New Delhi: BCCI functionary Rajiv Shukla today informed that the bilateral cricket series between India and Pakistan will be played in Sri Lanka tentatively from December 15.
"India-Pakistan series will happen tentatively from December15... matches will played in Sri Lanka. The two sides have agreed for this," he said.
"The two sides will play nearly 5 matches including 3 ODIs and 2 T20 games," he added.
According to reports, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has approached the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and they seem to be keen to host the series.
There are also reports that the two sides will play Test matches in England next year.
