IND vs SA 2nd Test Highlights: Team India win by 7 wickets in Cape Town to level the series 1-1

Team India finally won a Test in Cape Town in their 7th appearance in the longest format at the venue and managed to level the series after losing the first game in Centurion. The match ended in 642 deliveries, the quickest for a completed Test in history.

Aiden Markram starred with a scintillating century as he single-handedly ensured that South Africa got some kind of a lead but Jasprit Bumrah was just magnificent and ended up with a six-wicket haul, his second fifer at this venue.

After leaking 20 runs off his first over in the second innings, Prasidh Krishna finally got his first wicket of the match as he got Kasigo Rabada hit straight into the hands of the mid-off fielder. South Africa are just one wicket away from being bowled out.

Mohammed Siraj bowling only his second over of the day, in what might be a tactical error from India, got the big wicket of Aiden Markram who was running away with the game. Markram, who slammed a 99-ball century had single-handedly ensured that South Africa were still competing.

Jasprit Bumrah is running riot in Cape Town as he bagged his third five-wicket haul in South Africa and second at this very venue dismissing Marco Jansen and Keshav Maharaj in quick succession. South Africa are 7 down now and Aiden Markram is going great guns for the Proteas.

Aiden Markram slammed the fifty of the match, an innings of sheer quality and some luck as well. While Markram has seen his partners come and go, he has held one end up and South Africa are in the lead now.
