Ranchi, Apr 4: It seems Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni needs to widen his garage as he will have add a bike and a car in his fleet following his team's win in the just concluded World Cup.
Dhoni is set to get a motorbike from the Jharkhand unit of Congress and a sedan from the Hyundai Motor India Limited, the official ‘Car Partner' of the World Cup.
“We have informed Dhoni our decision to present him a Hero Honda CBZ, and requested him to spare some time when he returns home for the presentation,” Jharkhand PCC president Pradip Kumar Balmachu told PTI today. The party was also ready to provide him land if space was a constraint for the cricketer to keep the bike and the car, Balmachu said.
A day before the final, Hyundai had announced that all the members of the Indian cricket team would get a Hyundai Verna if they pulled off a victory against Sri Lanka. Known for his passion for speed-vehicles, Dhoni's possessions include H2 2009 Hummer SUV, Harley Davidson, Toyota Corolla, Mitsubishi Pajero, Yamaha 650cc and Kawasaki Ninja.
Whenever Dhoni is in town he sets out by one of his collections to enjoy early morning rides. PTI
