Cardiff, Wales, Jun 2: Shane Watson slammed 135 to lead Australia past West Indies by four wickets with 11.1 overs to spare in a warmup one-dayer for the Champions Trophy at Sophia Gardens on Saturday.

In reply to West Indies' 256-9, Australia raced to 259-6 in 38.5 overs.

Watson, with George Bailey then Adam Voges, revived Australia from 2-4 after Kemar Roach dismissed David Warner and Phillip Hughes for ducks in the second over.

Watson made 135 off 98 balls, including 15 boundaries and four sixes. He and Bailey, with 21, combined for 68, then he and Voges, 43, shared 125 for the fourth. Mitchell Marsh, with 39 off 19, finished off West Indies.

Earlier, Darren Bravo's 86 and Johnson Charles' 55 gave West Indies a great start at 195-3, but they were slowed by Mitchell Starc, 4-29, and Clint McKay, 3-45.
