Champions League final: Sachin, Dravid to bid farewell to T20 cricket today

New Delhi: The historic Firozeshah Kotla will witness the last chapter of golden period of Indian cricket history when Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, the two greats of modern cricket, take the field  on Sunday.Tendulkar



The “God of Indian Cricket” Sachin has played 94 T20 matches, scoring 2747 runs at the average of 33.09. His highest is 100.







Rahul Dravid, known as The Wall,  is the highest run scorer in test cricket after Sachin Tendulkar and Ricky Ponting and is the only second Indian batsman after Sachin to score 10,000 runs, both in Tests and ODIs.

Dravid, skipper of Rajasthan Royals, retired from international cricket last year. He will be playing his last competitive cricket when he leads RR in the finale of CLT20 on Sunday.

Rahul has appeared in 108 T20 games, scoring 2585 at an average of 27.79. His highest being 75.
