The victory continued Australia's successful season, having won every match against Pakistan.

Pollard's career-best 3 for 45 was instrumental in stopping Australia push on towards 300 and then he top scored with 31 in the chase.
However, West Indies batsmen could not resist against the effective bowling from Australian bowlers and were all out for 143 in 34.2 overs.
paceman Ryan Harris and spinner Nathan Hauritz took three wickets each for 24 and 28 runs, respectively while Doug Bollinger claimed two wickets for18.
