Port Elizabeth, South Africa: The second test between South Africa and the West Indies ended in a draw Tuesday after a wet outfield prevented any play on the final day at St. George's Park.
Overnight rain had left the outfield square of the wicket sodden, and after numerous inspections the umpires called the game off shortly after 1100 GMT.
Only six overs of play were possible on Day 2 and only 35 overs were played on Day 4, meaning the West Indies was unable to complete its first innings.
The tourists were 275-9 in reply to South Africa's 417-8 declared when the umpires made their decision and the two teams shook on a draw.
