Mumbai: Former Indian batting legend Virender Sehwag is not only famous for his agressive batting style but also for his witty remarks.
The former Indian run-machine was in a playful mood on Saturday as India’s star batsman and Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma turned 29.
Sehwag trolled Rohit through consecutive tweets on social micro-blogging site Twitter.
In his very first tweet, Virender Sehwag congratulated Rohit for breaking his record of 219-run innings in ODI with his magical 264 runs against Sri Lanka. He also said that his record of 319 runs in Test cricket (highest by any Indian batsman) should be his next target.
Using the adjective ‘talent’, he got into the act to poke fun at Rohit on his special day.
Sehwag also trolled Rohit Sharma for breaking cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar’s record of winning maximum Man of the Match awards for Mumbai Indians.
