Eoin Morgan (51 runs from 43 balls) and Naman Ojha (37 off just 28 deliveries) then came to the Sunrisers’ rescue making a speedy 67-run partnership for the fifth wicket.

For Kolkata Knight Riders, Umesh Yadav turned out to be the top wicket-taker and bagged three wickets giving away 28 runs in his 4-over slot.

Morne Morkel took two wickets whereas Andre Russell took one wicket giving away 35 and 19 runs respectively.

KKR will now count upon Robin Uthappa and Gautam Gambhir to provide a sublime start and lead the team to victory.
