India cricket captain Virat Kohli has taken a break from a hectic schedule as India will face Sri Lanka in a series of Test matches, ODI matches, and a one-off T20 match this month. After leading India to victory over West Indies in the ODI series, the skipper is currently in New York, USA with his girlfriend Anushka Sharma as he takes time off from a busy schedule.
With Ravi Shastri appointed as the new head coach of the Indian cricket team, there is a lot of work that needs to be done between the coach and the skipper. But currently, Virat is out on vacation along with the Bollywood actress.
As media reports suggest, the skipper and the actress have been spotted clicking pictures with fans and signing autographs. The couple was also seen grocery shopping. Kohli has taken to Instagram where he has shared a few pictures of his visit to the Big Apple.
In the one-day series against West Indies, Kohli completed his 28th century in his ODI career. The team and fans will hope that the skipper continues his blistering form with the bat in the upcoming Sri Lankan tour as well.
