Continuing his red-hot form in ongoing India vs South Africa series, Shikhar Dhawan made his 100th ODI appearance a special one by scoring a brilliant century off 99 balls in the fourth ODI at the Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, on Saturday. This was Dhawan's third consecutive fifty-plus score in the series.

After missing out on a half-century in the first ODI in Durban, the 32-year old scored brilliant fifties in the next two matches in Centurion (51*) and Cape Town (76). However, in both the matches, Dhawan failed to convert his fifties into an ODI hundred.

Opting to bat first, the visitors made a solid start in the match at a beautiful Wanderers track. Despite losing Rohit Sharma (5) early, Dhawan played his natural game right from the word go and kept attacking from one end.

The left-hander was well supported by Indian skipper Virat Kohli who kept rotating the strike. Kohli, however, lost his wicket for 75 runs while Dhawan scored unbeaten 107-run knock before lightning stopped play at Wanderers.

Kohli's India has been dominant so far, winning every game by a big margin to lead the six-game contest 3-0.

India made their first team change of the series at the Wanderers and introduced Shreyas Iyer in the playing eleven, a move forced by a hamstring injury to allrounder Kedar Jadhav.

South Africa, on the other hand, are boosted by the return of AB de Villiers, who has recovered from a finger injury to play his first game of the series.
