* Day 3 of 1st Test belongs to South Africa courtesy Dean Elgar and Quinton de Kock centuries at a crucial stage to lead South Africa's fightback in turning condition in front of spin duo Ashwin and Jadeja. In the end, Ashwin took his 27th five-wicket haul in his comeback Test.
