It looked like quite a struggle for NASA Astronaut Andrew J. Feustel when he tried walking on Earth after spending 197 days in space.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) astronauts AJ (Drew) Feustel and Rickey Arnold, and cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev of the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos landed southeast of the remote rown of Zhezkazgan in Kazakhstan on October 14 this year.
In a video released on Twitter, Drew tried walking on earth after returning but struggled as his legs were not getting that grip on the ground.
Drew shared the video on December 21 titled: "Welcome home Soyuz MS09! On October 5 this is what I looked like walking heel-toe eyes closed after 197 days on ISS during the field test experiment. I hope the newly returned crew feels a lot better."
The three members of the Expedition 56 crew returned safely to earth from the International Space Station (ISS). They had spent months providing hands-on support for scientific research in low-earth orbit, working to keep the orbiting laboratory fully operational, and performing three spacewalks.
Andrew J. Feustel was selected by NASA in 2000. The Lake Orion, Michigan native has a Ph.D. in the Geological Sciences, specializing in Seismology, and is a veteran of two spaceflights.
Feustel most recently served as served as Commander on the International Space Station for Expedition 55 and 56.
