Three of family mowed down by train in Rajasthan's Chittoragarh

Tragedy struck a family in Nimbahera, Rajasthan, as three members lost their lives after Nimbahera Kotwali Station House Officer, Ramsumer Meena, disclosed that the victims were unable to hear the approaching train due to loud music emanating from a nearby temple late on Saturday night. being run over by a train near the local railway station, according to police reports on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as 45-year-old Mohanlal Dhobi, who succumbed to injuries at a district hospital, while his wife Lalita (40) and another relative, Devshree (35), tragically passed away at the accident site.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem examination as authorities continue their investigation into the incident.

Meanwhile, in other news from Rajasthan, a horrific accident involving a Rajasthan public transport bus and loaded truck claimed two lives in Bharatpur while leaving six others injured. 

According to the officials, the accident took place on the Sevar road in Bharatpur and the driver of the bus along with another man on the motorcycle was killed in the mishap. ”The truck trolley which was travelling from Mathura bypass hit the bus coming from Bayana. A bike rider also got hit in the accident Pratap (50), a resident of village Richoli in Bayana, and Harbhan (35), a resident of Tikaria in Rudawal, died in the accident”, the police official said. 
 
"The  injured are being treated at the RBM government hospital with some of them in critical condition," they further added.
