Rajasthan: UP roadways bus collides with truck in Bharatpur, 5 dead

Five of the passengers injured in the Bharatpur road accident have died. According to the police, the bus collided with the truck from behind due to the driver's fault. The passengers in the bus have suffered serious injuries.

A horrific accident took place in Bharatpur, Rajasthan on Friday afternoon, leading to the tragic demise of five people. A bus collided with a truck on the National Highway. Passengers travelling in the bus were badly injured in this incident. Both the bus and the truck were going from Jaipur to Agra. Meanwhile, the bus hit the truck from behind.

According to the police, initial investigation has revealed that the bus driver was at fault in the accident. 12 other passengers got injured and their treatment is going on. Most of the injured and the dead are from Uttar Pradesh. The bus was going to Agra, so most of the passengers travelling in it were from Agra.

Mridul Kachhwa, the Superintendent of Police said that the incident happened around 2 pm at a National Highway that goes to Agra. According to the information received till now, 5 people have died, and the remaining people are currently under treatment in the District Hospital", he further added.

Fire at Ajmer tyre factory

Meanwhile, a fire broke out in a tyre factory in Ajmer on Friday. However, there is no report of any casualty in this incident. Three fire dousing trucks reached the spot and the fire was controlled in time. However, the tyre factory has suffered a lot of damage in this incident. The reason for the fire has not been revealed yet. Fire brigade official Gaurav Tanwar said, "We received information that a tyre plant in Srinagar village was on fire. 3 fire tenders were rushed and the fire was brought under control. The cause of the fire is not known yet."
