Rajasthan Bypoll Results LIVE: BJP leads in 4 seats, BAP ahead in Chorasi and Salumber

After 12 rounds of counting, BJP's Sukhavant Singh has taken a marginal lead against Congress' Aryaan Zubair. Sukhavant is currently leading with 57,229 votes and Aryaan is trailing by 1,570 votes.

In a talk with news agency ANI, BJP president Madan Rathore showcased confidence in winning Maharashtra and the majority of seats in Rajasthan by-elections. ''People have voted for 'Modi ki guarantee' in all the places. We are going to win the majority and form our government. I am confident that here in the state, we will win. People have shown faith on CM Bhajanlal's announcements in the budget and 'Modi ki guarantee','' he said.

The contest in the Ramgarh constituency is getting exciting with each round of counting. As per the ECI website, Congress' Aryaan Zubair is now leading with 10,152 votes against BJP's Sukhavant Singh.

As per the latest trends by ECI, Bharat Adivasi Party (BAP) is leading on two seats, Chorasi and Salumber. Overall, the BJP is leading in four seats out of seven.

After five rounds of counting, BJP's Sukhavant Singh is leading by 23,925 votes while Rashtriya Loktantrik Party's candidate Kanika Beniwal is trailing by 4045 votes.

After the fourth round of counting concluded, the Congress party is now ahead of the BJP. Overall, the BJP is leading in four seats out of 7.

After the third round of counting, BJP's Rewant Ram Danga is leading by 1024 votes in the Khinwsar seat. Overall, the BJP is leading in four out of seven seats

As counting for votes continues, BJP's Rajendra Bhamboo leading in Jhunjhunu Assembly by-elections by a margin of 1018 votes.

As per the early trends, BJP candidate Rajendra Gurjar is leading by 2300 votes in the Deoli-Uniara seat.

The latest trends suggest that the BJP is leading in four out of seven constituency seats. While Congress is currently ahead in the Ramgarh and Jhunjhunu seat.

As per the initial trends, Congress party's Aryaan Zubair has taken a lead in the Ramgarh by-election results. For the unversed, both of his parents have won from the seat in the past.

As counting for votes continues, the BJP has taken an early lead in Dausa and Chorasi. Jagmohan Meena is leading in Dausa in initial trends. On the other hand, the Congress party has taken the initial lead on the Ramgarh seat.

The counting for votes has begun for the seven seats of Rajasthan by-elections.

Counting for votes to begin at 8 am. However, the results of the two seats, Chorasi and Dausa assembly seats, will be declared first. The results of Jhunjhunu and Salumber seats will be declared last.

Ramgarh and Salumbar seats fell vacant after sitting MLAs, Congress party's Zubair Khan on Ramgarh and BJP's Amrit Lal, passed away. In the Jhunjhunu seat, there was a direct contest between BJP's Rajendra Bhamboo and Congress' Amit Ola, son of Brijendra Ola, who vacated the seat after being elected as an MP in the General Elections earlier this year.

Speaking about the by-elections on seven seats in Rajasthan, former Chief Minister and Congress leader Ashok Gehlot claimed that the results will be in favour of his party. Not only this, he also claimed that from ticket distribution to election campaign, everything has been good for the Congress party.

Preparations for the counting of votes will commence at 8 am at seven centres and Chief Election Officer Naveen Mahajan said that a three-tier security arrangement has been made for this.  

Ahead of the counting of the votes, Rajasthan Minister Jogaram Patel said, ''The lotus will bloom in many areas of India. The lotus will bloom in 7 places in Rajasthan and in many places in Jharkhand and Maharashtra too. Our government will be formed with full majority there (in Maharashtra and Jharkhand ). We will win all the seven seats in the Rajasthan by-election too.''
