Churu Election Results 2024: Rajasthan's Lok Sabha constituency of Churu is one of the key seats to watch out for in this General Election. The voting in the Churu Lok Sabha constituency seat was held on April 19 in the first phase along with 101 other seats across 21 states and Union Territories. These 102 constituency Lok Sabha seats included 39 seats in Tamil Nadu, 12 in Rajasthan, 8 in Uttar Pradesh, 6 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 each in Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Assam, 4 in Bihar, 3 in West Bengal, 2 each in Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Manipur and 1 each in Tripura, Chhattisgarh, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Jammu and Kashmir.

As per the Election Commission of India (ECI) website, the total voter turnout in Churu Lok Sabha Elections 2024 stood at 63.61 per cent. The website has listed all the final data from Polling Stations (PS), excluding the data of postal ballot voting.

The main fight for the Churu Lok Sabha constituency seat is between BJP and the Congress party. After BJP denied ticket to Rahul Kaswan, he contested the election from the ticket of Congress. In this election, BJP fielded legendary para-athlete Devendra Jhajharia.
Churu Lok Sabha Elections 2024: What happened in 2014 and 2019?
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Kaswan, who was then BJP's candidate, retained the Churu seat with a huge margin of over 3,34,402 votes. He had defeated Rafique Mandelia of Congress. BJP had a vote share of 59.69 per cent. Kaswan got 7,92,999 votes, whereas Mandelia obtained 4,58,597 votes.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Kaswan of BJP won in this seat by defeating the BSP candidate Abhinesh Maharshi by a margin of 2,94,739 votes which was 26.06 per cent of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 52.67 per cent in 2014 in the seat. Kaswan secured 5,95,756 votes while Maharshi got 3,01,017 votes.
