Gandhinagar:  Gujarat chief minister and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi today asked gold traders  to keep patience for seven or eight months more for the current "hour of darkness" to be over. "After that,

Modi said, the UPA government at the Centre has failed to understand the wishes and aspirations of people.



The Gujarat strongman said, "had I come to your Bullion Summit you would have faced more raids from Income Tax, like the raids that were recently conducted on diamond traders".

"Nowadays anybody can face false charges. Just wait for 8 or 9 more months. After that we will not allow the country to go waste. We will try to make India a 'golden bird' (sone ki chidiya) once again", said Modi
