New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi went to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences today for her eye checkup at the Rajendra Prasad Centre for Opthalmic Sciences.
66-year-old Gandhi, who had recently been taken to the AIIMS after she had complained of chest pain, has been facing some problem with her eyes.
It was a routine check up, said the doctors who attended the Congress President.
Gandhi was taken to the AIIMS on Monday night when she complained of chest pain while she was in Parliament participating in the proceedings of Lok Sabha which was discussing Food Security Bill.
The Congress President underwent various tests before being discharged after five hours in the wee hours of Tuesday.
