New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah is likely to add five new faces to his team before the upcoming Delhi state assemble elections.As per the exclusive details available with the India TV,

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah is likely to add five new faces to his team before the upcoming Delhi state assemble elections.

As per the exclusive details available with the India TV, leaders in Shah's new team will be from Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Karnataka.

The five names doing the rounds are Madhya Pradesh Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Nand Kishore Yadav, senior party leader and Muslim face of the BJP Shahnawaz Hussain, powerful tribal leader and former Jharkhand CM Arjun Munda and Karnataka MLA R Ashok.

They are likely to be appointed as general secretary in the party.

Speaking to India TV Kailash Vijayvargiya said “I will love to work under the leadership of Prime Minister and the Party President. This is one of the best leadership combinations the party ever had.”

Nand Kishore Yadav, however, said that he is yet to receive any official communication from the party in this regard.

“I am a BJP worker and will accept the responsibility given by the party leadership. So far I am unaware about this news,” he said.

R Ashok also said that he is more than willing to take the responsibility.
