A member of 15th Lok Sabha, Sandeep was associated with a social development group called SANKET. Dedicating 15 years of his life to the Human Development Issue, Sandeep has been a frontrunner in fighting for Human Development in states like Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgrah.
Member of the Indian National Congress, Sandeep represented East Delhi constituency in 14th Lok Sabha and won with a margin of 2.29 lakh votes.
