I don't win because of your votes: Manjhi
Manjhi lost his temper at a crowd of protesters at his constituency and shouted ‘I don't win because of your votes'.
Manjhi was responding to banners of ‘no electricity, no votes' erected by people during his speech to protest long power cuts in this area in Jehanabad district.
"You don't scare me. Your conduct shows that you don't vote for me," he said.
"Work is in progress to provide electricity connection in villages left out. Power facility will be given even to villages which has only 10 houses," he added.
Manjhi took charge as Chief Minister in May after Nitish Kumar resigned owning responsibility for Janata Dal (United)'s poor performance in the general election.
