Patna: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi would be leading a Samajik Sadbhav (social harmony) march in Patna today to inform the young generation about the policies and legacies of the century-old Congress.
BPCC president Ashok Choudhary had earlier said the march is being organized to showcase secular and democratic legacy of Congress. The march would begin from Gandhi Maidan to Raj Bhavan after passing through Bailey Road.
He even announced a 28-member team of senior Congress leaders that would look into the preparations for Rahul's programme in Patna. Congress legislature party leader Sadanand Singh, the party's leader in legislative council Madan Mohan Jha, its two Lok Sabha members, Asrarul Haque and Ranjita Ranjan, all MLAs and MLCs, State Mahila Congress president Amita Bhushan are prominent among those who are in the preparation committee.
