New Delhi: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will address two rallies in UP on October 30. Rahul Gandhi will address the first rally at Raath of Hamirpur constituency  while the second rally is planned at Salimpur

New Delhi: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will address two rallies in UP on October 30.

Rahul Gandhi will address the first rally at Raath of Hamirpur constituency  while the second rally is planned at Salimpur of Deoria  constituency.

Both these rallies were originally planned for October 22 but the party cancelled them fearing low attendance on account of Karvachauth that fell on the same day.
