New Delhi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi has started to take interview of selected Congress leaders who will be the part of his team. The selected Congress people will be given the post of General Secretary level. The interview is conducted in the conference room in the house of Rahul Gandhi.
The process of selecting the candidates starts with a personal round followed by a group discussion. The question asked by Rahul Gandhi varies from asking like what the candidate can do for the party, how the image of the party can can be improved. It also includes how to associate the backward class people with the party.
On Monday a total of eight leaders were interviewed by Rahul Gandhi.senior Congress leaders like CP Joshi and K Raju were doing the noting during the interview and were putting marks accordingly.
Earlier also , Rahul Gandhi conducted a similar interview process about two years ago but due to the stiff opposition from senior Congress leader the results of the interview never came in the public domain.
